At THE NAVIS, we offer a convenient self check-in and check-out experience to suit your schedule.

The best way to reach our place from the airport is by booking a car through the Grab app. Grab is widely used in Da Nang and throughout Vietnam.
Similar to Uber, Grab lets you know the exact fare in advance. You can easily install the Grab app using any phone number—give it a try today with your number.

Additionally, you can purchase an affordable Vietnamese 4G SIM card at the airport to start using data and book your ride.

Taxis and Grab cars may charge an extra 13,000 VND (less than 1 USD) for the airport parking fee. During the day, the fare typically ranges from 80,000 to 120,000 VND per trip. At night, the cost is slightly higher, between 150,000 and 200,000 VND per trip. Keep in mind that traditional taxis may be more expensive due to airport parking fees.

3 | Address in Vietnamese letters

If you choose to take a taxi, show the driver our address in Vietnamese and be sure to confirm the fare before getting in. Feel free to negotiate the price for the best deal.

4 | Door Code

At the Entrance glass door, should you find it locked upon your arrival, you’ll notice a lock pad to the right of the entrance gate. Enter your PRIVATE DOOR CODE that given to you to gain access.

5 | Key cards

There is a row of boxes at the reception desk. Use the LOCKBOX DIGITS that given to you, then push the black lever to open the box.

There are two key cards: The blue key card is for the room, and the smaller black key card is for the Entrance gate at Reception. The entrance door can be opened using your private code OR that black key.

Use the elevator to get to your room.

6 | Registration

Please send The NAVIS a photo of the passport and visa of all staying guests upon check-in. This is required for temporary residence registration with the Regional Police. The NAVIS reserves the right to refuse service if valid identification is not provided
