Guests' Regulations

Your monthly package includes water, WiFi, and bi-weekly cleaning services. However, electricity is billed separately. Each studio is equipped with its own electricity meter, allowing you to monitor your usage throughout your stay. Meter readings are taken on the first and last days of your stay, ensuring you are only charged for your actual consumption. The electricity fee is 4,000 VND per kilowatt-hour, in line with the standard Vietnamese household electricity rate. On average, electricity costs range from $40 to $90 per month during the summer season.

1. Upfront Payment Upon check-in, you can choose to make a prepayment of 2,000,000 VND ($84) towards your electricity bill. At check-out, your actual usage will be calculated, and any remaining balance will be refunded or any additional charges applied if necessary. 2. Pay at the End Alternatively, you can choose to settle your electricity bill at the end of your stay. We recommend regularly checking your meter to keep track of your usage. The final bill will typically be settled a day before your check-out, giving you time to review the charges. Feel free to choose the option that best suits your needs!

Upon arrival, we will record the initial meter reading and share it with you. For example, your initial meter reading may be: 14,730 kWh. At the end of your stay, we will take a final reading to determine the total amount of electricity used. The bill is calculated as follows: 1. Determine Units Consumed: Subtract the initial reading from the final reading. Example: Final reading: 15,000 kWh. Units consumed: 15,000 kWh - 14,730 kWh = 270 kWh. 2. Calculate the Bill: Multiply the units consumed by the rate of 4,000 VND per kWh. Example: 270 kWh × 4,000 VND/kWh = 1,080,000 VND.

To stay on top of your consumption, you can check your meter located in the basement. On average, guests use between 8 to 20 kWh per day.
