Our Lovely city – Danang has recently just been caught in a fresh Covid-19 outbreak. While in the past shaking hands, receptionist welcome and guiding the way around the apartments were a sign of appreciation for the guest, in the days of Covid-19, this has now changed.
In order to give both guests and employees a high level of safety, The NAVIS decide to put together a package of measures as below:
Cleaning intervals: Public areas are cleaned much more frequently. Guests’ Room cleaning schedule might be reduced to once per week with further notifications. We will provide cleaning instruments for those who need to self-clean their rooms.
Disinfection: Door entrance, reception area, and button in the elevator are cleaned with disinfection wipes twice per day.
Staff’s assistance: during the social distancing period, our staff will mainly work remotely from home to minimize contacts with guests. However, we will still stay proactive and try our best to solve any request from guests.
Covid-19 Situation Updates: We will keep updating official information from the central and local government to the Whatsapp’s Group that all of you have been invited to join.
