Guest safety is one of the top priorities at The NAVIS.
Guests at The NAVIS will be given a door code to open the entrance door. The door is closed 24/24 and can only be open by staff and guests at The NAVIS. This video shows how to open the entrance door with a door code.
For guests who check-in late, our night security guards will assist with nighttime check-in, they also help with entrance door access if one forgets the door code.
Security guards also have the right to ask for proofs of ID from all visitors who are not guests at The NAVIS and refuse access to any visitors who do not cooperate or have suspicious behaviors.
Also, according to local regulations, all guests&visitors at the NAVIS have to register for temporary residence before 10 pm. Therefore, if guests would like to invite friends to stay overnight, information of visitors should be sent to The NAVIS team before 10 pm (via Airbnb app/WhatsApp/Kakaotalk/Zalo).
